We went to an art show that was part of Durham’s Third Friday last night. Bought a print of a painting we both really liked.

I love the intention of kintsugi and think it is perfect here. (I roll my eyes at people who break things on purpose to create it.)

Downtown Durham.
Wow! Deciding to post a picture a day has really shifted my take on this space. Clearly I’ve been inclined to post more often. In all honesty, I think that, in spite of the number of people WP tells me are following, there are only half a dozen who really notice what I post.
I think the rest have the email going to their spam filter or scroll past in their feed without pausing. And that’s fine. I don’t know those people. They haven’t engaged with me and I really don’t know why they followed me.
Deciding that I am going to put at least one thing a day I have found interesting in this place inspires me to pay attention.
I like the affect it’s having on me.
